EXPERIENCE WITH THE COURSE

AP Chem was difficult but not as difficult as my teachers made it out to be. The AP Chem teachers at my school certainly made it seem like doing well in the class would require 5 hours of studying everyday, which is certainly not true. I think the hardest part is knowing when to apply certain skills. For example, questions aren't going to explicitly tell you to do, say, combustion analysis—you're going to have to figure that out on your own. Also, be careful with your math/units.
