Probably the hardest yet simultaneously enlightening course I've ever taken before. I'm not really a math person, but this course made me realize all the different applications of math that I'd never thought about before. I'm not exaggerating when I say that in this course alone, I've had more lightbulb moments than all my other high school classes combined. My biggest piece of advice is that PRACTICE IS KEY. I was usually a little lost the first few days of a new unit, but as we did more practice of new concepts in class, I would understand them a lot more. Khanacademy and Organic Chemistry Tutor on YouTube are both really great resources for reviewing or learning.
In addition to doing the problems shown in class, I recommend writing down little bits of information that help your understanding (e.g. that critical points are at endpoints and when the derivative is 0 or undefined). I've found that these little memory-triggers are super helpful when reviewing. Your notes don't have to be super organized, but make sure you understand what you did and what steps you took in solving the problems.
Since I took this class in the 19-20 school year, it was interrupted by the pandemic. The AP left off a few BC concepts that we otherwise would've learned (most noticeably Unit 9: Parametric Equations, Polar Coordinates, and Vector-Valued Functions). Admittedly, we did go over these concepts online post-AP, but I had mentally checked out as soon as I finished taking the AP, so I don't have notes on what wasn't on the AP. :) These are just what I prepped for my AP test.
